SES Business Water Deemed T's & C's
If you are responsible for a premise we supply, but have not agreed a specific contract directly with us, you are deemed to be in a contract in order that water services are available when needed. A Deemed Contract is designed to provide:
- Fair Terms and Conditions for all customers who have not agreed to different contract terms with their supplier
- Extra regulatory protections
- Clarity over the prices that apply to an invoice for water services.
A deemed contract also applies when a customer first enters a premises.
